Bottle Logic Red Eye November 2016 Bottle Release
Bottle Logic has announced their final release of 2016, a coffee-infused version of Darkstar November named Red Eye November. This will be one of the most limited releases Bottle Logic has ever done, earning their first beer to ever have a “Level 2 Rare” mark on the bottle. This is due to the fact that Red Eye November starts with a base beer that is already a fairly limited Stasis Project release and taken it further to add Mostra Coffee to accent the already complex base beer. The Bottle Logic Red Eye November 2016 Bottle Release will take place on Sunday, December 4th, at 12:00pm PST.
We’re delighted to share the official news of our final #StasisProject release of 2016! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #RedeyeNovember is our first ‘Level II: Rare’ bottle release, where we’ve taken one of our world-class Stasis Project staples and pushed it further forward to explore the base character complemented by some of the galaxy’s most tantalizing finishing ingredients. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Redeye November features an exclusive blend of Brazil Oberon and Sumatran beans from our friends at @official_mostracoffee. Flavors of dark fruit, Baker’s chocolate and caramelized sugar meld with the spicy rye malt and bittersweet molasses of #DarkstarNovember, our original barrel-aged beer. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• The Public Sale will take place this Sunday, December 4th at 12:00pm PST. Bottles are $22.95 + Eventbrite fees, limit 2 per person. Check out the live link in our profile for all the details!
The base beer, Darkstar November, is a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Molasses and Rye. This creates an excellent balance of bittersweet molasses and spicy rye with the chocolate and dark fruit base stout that Bottle Logic has become well known for. Red Eye November adds an exclusive blend of Brazil Oberon and Sumatran beans from Mostra Coffee.
Bottles will be on sale Sunday, December 4th at 12:00pm via Eventbrite for $22.95 + Eventbrite fees. Red Eye November will be limited to only 2 bottles per person, a notable break from previous stasis project releases that were limited to 3 per person. This beer will undoubtedly sell out very quickly, given the unique and limited nature of the release.
This release caps off a busy and successful year for Bottle Logic as they’ve continued to deliver on exceptional beers time and time again. The brewery even won two medals at World Beer Cup earlier in 2016 for Cobaltic Porter with a Silver Medal in the Baltic-Style Stout category and Darkstar November with a Silver in the Barrel-Aged Strong Stout category. Their Fundamental Observation Vanilla Imperial Stout remains one of the most sought after beers among rare beer collectors, and many of their other Stasis Project releases have gained their own notoriety as well.
With Red Eye November finishing 2016 strong, we’re excited to see what Bottle Logic brings to the table in 2017.
